Spinach Queso Dip

This dip is the Madej "got-to-dip" for all parties, events and tailgates. With only 4 ingredients plus chips it is super simple & delicious.  You could also use this mixture over pasta, with eggs, on top of tacos, with burgers, etc. so get it while it's HOT!

Ingredients:

  • Velveeta (16oz.)
  • Medium (or Hot) Salsa (16 oz./1 jar)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
  • Frozen Spinach (10 oz. package)
  • Corn Chips 

Directions:

  1. Find your crock pot. 
  2. Add the Velveeta, salsa, cream cheese & spinach to the crock pot on high heat. 
  3. Stir every 10-15 minutes until fully melted.  Depending on your crock pot this could take anywhere from 30 min-1 hour.  The spinach takes the longest so if you thaw this in advance the melting process will go quicker. 
  4. Serve in your crock pot to stay warm and stir occasionally throughout your party.  
  5. Store extras in your refrigerator and re-heat for leftovers on anything you can add cheese :)
